Connectedness of Things

I was reminded this weekend
everything is connected!

I sometimes forget,
and then
everything seems disconnected.

Maybe the forgetting is part of the process.

But the connectedness of things
makes sense to me.

And then I experience it.

I get in that zone where
everything is itself
and is something else
too.

Everything is Illuminated.

Light and dark
shines on and obscures
all things.
