Folk #1: What if you could banish Fear, Doubt & Worry from your life? Just do a quick cleanse,  a simple ritual,  & let all that shit go? What if you decided to be Happy? What if you chose a Life of Kindness, Gentleness, Humilty? What if you Graviated to, and Cultivated, Intelligence, Honor, Courage? What if you threw yourself into & relished Hard Work & Discipline?
