A Sweet Turn of Fortune...

 Folk #1: The worm turns. Funny. Up ungodly early, but slept well. Is it CRAZY for me to think that something is happening out there? A tiny glimmer of hope? Can't really explain why. Is it possible that GRAVITY & REALITY are rearing their heads once again, and slowly, almost imperceptibly making their first tentative steps to a comeback? Wouldn't that be just a perfect plot twist? I am no longer a betting man, those days are long gone, I get no kick from wagering my hard-earned cash anymore, but, if I were a betting man, I'd put a princely sum of the chances that cooler heads, the better folks, the kinder, gentler, folks will carry us to a new day. I don't know, it's just a feeling this morning. Can't put my gnarly finger on it, but that feeling is floating around me like a happy little sun. Expect lots of crashing and gnashing of teeth from the Fascists, Nazis, bullies, creeps, assholes. I do believe their days of reckoning are coming. Yes. We can get past this nasty time, move forward with a new purpose. Maybe we will actually be better for it too? Ha. That would be an uncommonly sweet turn of fortune.
