The Mother of All Conspiracies...

Folk #1: Over the weekend, a little band of friends were discussing conspiracy theories. Not to get specific (I am not a conspiracy-theorist at heart), the conspiracies were various, wide-ranging, head-spinning, all-consuming, wildly-ridiculous & sort of funny. Turns out many of the most prominent conspiracy theories actually link up with each other. They span decades, cities, agencies, bad actors, celebrities, prominent & famous people, substances, entities & personalities from all walks of life: JFK, Marilyn Monroe, RFK, Charles Manson, LBJ, Epstein, FBI, Magic Bullet, White Christian Nationalists, Elvis, LSD, Jack Ruby, UFO's, Oswald, Hoover, Helter-Skelter, MLK Jr, Drug-therapy, Debbie Reynolds, Trump, Senators, Ketamine, Reps, Space Aliens, Opes Dei,  Mar A Lago, Governors, KKK, Nazis, Nixon, Cocaine, CIA, Henry Ford, Hitler, Malcolm X, Viet Cong, Mossad, Stalin, Arab Sheiks, Castro, Big-Foot, Lindbergh, WMD, Musk, Space X, paranomoral phenomena, the Yeti, JFK Jr, Russia, NSA, Skull & Bones, Miltiary Industrial Complex, Fascists, Bush/Cheney, Torture Regime, Butler, Putin, ESP, Lincoln, Gitmo, Pharmaceuticals, Iraq, Black Ops, Crypto, Disinfo, AI, Mafia, Fox News, Black Sites, Cloud-seeding,  Abu Graib, Bin Laden, Space Lasers, Hypnotism, KGB, the Illuminati, military-grade weapons, Blackwater, Secret Societies, Zombies, Vampires. Quite the over-amped, snaky, shaky edifice of relationships. My conclusion? There is ONE VAST CONSPIRACY: Folks (bad actors all) with money & power trying to keep & to grow their wealth at any cost, doing their damnedest to get away with whatever they can get away with to the detriment of everyone else on the planet. A simple formulation: the filthy rich ones, rule & fuck over everyone else. Bullet holes, dead bodies, strangled dreams, broken promises, accumulating and piling up into a great heap of a Tower of Conspiratorial Babel, an edifice built on the bones & exploded hearts of the young, the pure, the innocent; dark deeds, deadly lies, brutal skullduggery. You know if you believe in all of the conspiracy theories, you believe in none of them, and still you are left with one ugly truth: the haves vs. the have nots, the powerful vs the weak, the rich vs the poor. It's eternal to the Human realm. Yep. We watch it all unfold day by day. We are the common folk, those standing around, gaping at the mayhem, we are the dupes, the marks, the saps, the doofusses, the folks walking around like holy fools wondering to ourselves "What the fuck just happened?!"
