Puzzles, Answers, Wonders...

Ha. Yesterday I was confronted with a knotty, gnarly technical puzzle. A bit "over my skis," not exactly in my bailiwick, I felt a bit like a fish out of water. I flopped around on the shore for many confused and stumped hours. I searched, researched, tried a few things, nothing worked. Late in the afternoon, I threw in the towel. I gave up. Frustrated. Done. Funny, sometimes surrender is the first step to enlightenment. I totally unplugged, I listened to music on the box, read a book, had a long, restful sleep. This morning I woke up with the perfect formulation of the question front and center in my cranium, and I typed it into my Chromebook and submitted it to the great Oracle (Google). Miraculously, the perfect answer was delivered directly to me. From the lips of the AI gods to my welcome, needy ears. Puzzle solved! The key was to construct the perfectly posed question; directly, succinctly and astutely. I have had great luck finding answers out there somewhere, hiding in the tall grass. Knowledge, it is tangible, a quality, and a facility. What an odd, weird reality & world we live in today. Puzzles, answers, wonders lurking around every corner, in every little nook and cranny.
