Death. It's a killer. The ending. So final. Lots of death around here lately. Really sends you into a reevaluation of your life. What you are doing. How you spend your time. You begin to really see/experience the cycle of life. There is a beginning and an end to every moment.
Hard not to feel sad. Down. The only remedy I have found is to "get out of my head." Into other things. People, tasks, stories. Play music, read a book. Talk. Walk. Live. Try to experience, as much as we can experience, as we experience it.
