Our Little Baby Man President is a monstrous, vulgar, ignorant 71 year old infant. Think: Freud's pure id unbound. He is also a would-be, reality-TV, tyrant.

I came across these sentences from Joseph Campbell's "The Hero With A Thousand Faces," published in 1949. Rang a bell. Today's update of the saga, Robert Mueller III is cast in the role of "Hero," Little Baby Man, the would-be "Tyrant/Clown."
