It is pretty simple, and it usually works like a charm:
A good night's sleep.
Up early with the sun, or brooding clouds.
A pot of primo brewed coffee.
A carton of oak milk.
Tuned into NPR a.m. news.
A sunny disposition.
The moment.
Always, always, just the moment.
I try to live there.
The always moment.
Always, never-ending.
When it all clicks, it feels like I am living a charmed life.
And I can handle what comes my way.
You know, doing my best to make it.
