Imagining Justice & Accountability...

Folk #1: Thinking about the "Duality of Man," or maybe the "Duality of Humanity." Some of us are quite good at holding two ideas in our heads at the same time. Living with contradiction. For instance, "What's So Funny About Peace, Love & Understanding?" & at the same time, "We must crush these Fascists, Racists, White Nationalists, Trumpers, MAGA Zombies, and Republicans, & grind them into the dirt,"  (see previous post).  Seems harsh, but it's just Karma. If you are a bully, if you attack the weak & defenseless, if you are cruel to others, you need to face the consequences of your actions. If you put folks in Concentraiton Camps, grab folks off the streets, shoot American Citizens down, you must be held to Account for all of your Crimes Against Humanity.

Funny. My partner and I were serving as drummers at a gathering of Shamans last night. It is one of our favorite yearly rituals, always around this time of year. We drum as the Shamans gather and dance around a cairn and journey to the Underworld. It is always quite exhilarating. The lead Shaman told me afterward that the Fomorians: "supernatural beings representing the wild or destructive powers of nature; personifications of chaos, darkness, death, blight and drought," now have the new White House Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller in their sights. She told my partner & I that the Fomorians were going to chase Stephen Miller to the ends of the World and deliver him to the Gates of Hell. Ha. Believe the Shaman or not. I mean, do we believe in Fomorians, the Underworld, the Fairies, and other dimensions? Let's just say we have open minds. Riding the Vibe. Embracing the Mystery. Certianly  my partner & I  loved the idea that Stephen Miller will be hounded to Hell; a very gratifying, satisfying and perfectly vivid picture & scenario. I dare say, yes, it was all quite enjoyable & delicious to imagine.
