We were still riding the good vibes of the No Kings rallies across the USA on Saturday, and then we see the latest atrocity from Trump. What a terrible scourge & plague on the land. This is a perfect encapsulation of what this very unworthy President is doing to our beautiful country. Destroying one of the key symbols of our nation, destroying the "people's house," to construct some hideous, Mar A Lago type, dictator-chic monstrosity. Holy fuck, the mind reels.
