Eating a variety of foods, mainly or exclusively vegetarian. You might want to add supplements too. B-12, magnesium, garlic, cayenne pepper, aloe vera juice, vitamin C. I am one of those kooky folks who thinks we are what we eat. Food is the best medicine. Still, it's an ongoing project, a moving target, and you have to adjust and reassess all the time, get it wrong, the chemistry gets out of whack, and you feel bad, it can lead to disease.
