Folk #1: Yes. Out on the path yesterday I felt the world go tilt. Really. A slight tinge of vertigo tapped me on the shoulder. It was a paradise-blue day out on the path. I was feeling quite euphoric. Everything in it's right place. Then the tilt. I paused, righted myself, and felt my head, heart & spirit reset. Suddenly I was locked in, in-sync, with the present reality of the day. I experienced the moment to moment to the max. It was quite something. This morning that
in-sync feeling is still with me. Maybe this is part of my
renew, recharge, refresh, and reset agenda? Who knows?!
