Of course, I'm included in this evaluation. This critique is also a self-critique.
I suppose we all should be graded on a curve? Some of us get an "incomplete," and "needs to try harder."
We've certainly made a mess of things in pursuit of the stupidest things imaginable.
Best way forward? With humility, grace, and a lightness of touch. It's Life and Life only. Try to do the best one can, knowing that it will be well short of the mark.
Oh well. Damn the torpedoes.
