Turn to Wisdom...

Yes. Sticking with the "funny" concept (see previous post). The World takes a turn to the darkness. My country, good Ole USA, looks to be taking a great leap forward into the void of a Very Stupid and Proudly Corrupt Authoritarianism.

Sure. Resist. Maybe the best way forward, clearing the decks, start with Laughter, laugh at the pure idiocy, self-sabotaging ridiculousness of it all.

Then, screw your head back on and be ready to protest, organize, march, vote, and be a thorn in the side to the scoundrels, grifters and looters of our country's treasures. Refuse the new group-think. These folks who want to dismantle our government are not good people, they have bad intentions and bad designs.

Who to turn to? Socrates? Aristotle? Plato? MLK Jr? John Lewis? Shakespeare? Beckett? Vonnegut? Joseph Heller? Buddha? Gandhi? Nelson Mandela? I turn to Pogo. Yes. Who to blame? Our fellow voters. The beauty of Democracy, we all get to vote. But what if half the country believes the bullshit? "Garage In, Garbage Out. The best Democracy is made up of an informed populace. The Worst Democracy, and Idiocracy, a very misinformed populace.
