Golden Advice...

This morning it occurs to me that the finest, best, and most useful, and insightful advice anyone has ever offered to the world came from the mind and lips of Ram Dass (the American yogi and spiritual teacher born Richard Alpert).

And what is this dancing, shimmering, golden advice?

"BE HERE NOW!"

Yes. Of course. So simple. So real. So of the moment to moment. It sounds easy. Just be here moment to moment, but me-thinks, it's not as easy as it sounds. I believe it actually takes a bit of discipline, attention, practice and effort. The goal, of course, would be to make being here now an always effortless activity, as easy and natural as taking your next breath.

So anyway, yes, great advice. No doubt. I mean, come on Gang! Let's try it together!
