Not Like Those People

"I don't eat like those people. Or think, or dress like them either. I don't have any of the same habits or tendencies. It's like we are different species, although, really, we are not. They are human beings. I am a human being. I don't know how it happened. And there's no bridging the divide. Really. And that's OK. As long as they keep their distance. We are cordial. We are not hostile towards each other. They go their way, I go mine."
